What to expect: receipt of your referral confirmed within one business day · a referral consultation with Dr Church, by video or at Seven Hills, at no fee to the patient · a treatment letter to you after the consultation, and a completion letter with radiographs when surgery is done · the patient returned to you for restorative and ongoing care, unless you ask otherwise · sedation and general anaesthetic options for patients who cannot be treated awake.
