Full-arch implants (All-on-X) · Western Sydney. All-on-X replaces a full arch of failing teeth or a loose denture with a bridge fixed to four to six implants. It is planned on a 3D scan, with provisional teeth on the day of surgery where planned, and a written quote itemised in two stages. Dr Scott Church plans, places and restores the implants himself, with surgical guides made in his own lab and an anaesthetist present — IV sedation at Seven Hills or general anaesthetic at Bond Day Hospital, Bella Vista. Suitability is confirmed at a consultation. Individual results vary.
What it costs
Pricing is given in writing at your consultation, after your 3D scan, itemised in two stages — surgery with long-term provisional teeth, then the final bridge after healing — so you can compare it line by line with any other quote. The anaesthetist is included in Stage 1.

The $99 online consultation fee is credited in full to your treatment and refunded if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before.

Many people put full-arch treatment off for years because of fear. Three options, chosen with Dr Church at your consultation — IV sedation and general anaesthetic are delivered by a medical anaesthetist who stays for the whole procedure. Some anaesthetist and hospital fees may attract Medicare or health-fund rebates; we tell you which before you book surgery.
Oral sedation
A tablet before the appointment
For milder anxiety and shorter procedures. You stay awake but relaxed and drowsy, and can still respond to Dr Church. Someone needs to drive you home. Often combined with local anaesthetic for smaller procedures; for full-arch surgery, Dr Church will usually recommend one of the two options beside.
IV sedation at Seven Hills
Deeply relaxed, with an anaesthetist present throughout
Sedative medication is given through a drip by a medical anaesthetist who stays for the whole procedure at Seven Hills. Most patients remember little of it. This is how most full-arch surgery is done. Some anaesthetist fees may attract a Medicare rebate; we tell you before you book.
General anaesthetic at Bond Day Hospital
Fully asleep, in a day hospital
For complex cases, longer procedures and very anxious patients. Surgery is done at Bond Day Hospital, Bella Vista, with a hospital anaesthetist, and you go home the same day with someone to drive you. Hospital and anaesthetist fees are itemised in your quote; some may attract health-fund or Medicare rebates.
Final teeth, designed with you
Stage 2 — the final bridge — is designed digitally after healing. You choose the tooth shape, shade and material tier with Dr Church and preview the design before it is made.
Provisional teeth are made in Dr Church’s own lab; final bridges with partner laboratories, quoted separately and explained before you commit to Stage 1.

What you get, itemised
Stage 1 — surgery and provisional teeth: 3D CBCT scan, digital planning and a surgical guide made in our own lab · removal of the remaining failing teeth in that arch, on the day · four to six implants, placed by Dr Church · a fixed provisional bridge, usually fitted the same day where planned, so you do not leave without teeth · an anaesthetist present — IV sedation at Seven Hills or general anaesthetic at Bond Day Hospital, with hospital fees itemised where used · every review appointment for 12 months, by video if you live outside Sydney.
Stage 2 — the final bridge: designed after three to six months of healing, once the gums and bone have settled, in a choice of two material tiers · quoted separately, and explained before you commit to Stage 1. Quoted separately only if your scan shows you need it: bone or sinus grafting, and treatment of the opposing arch.
Why two stages? A bridge designed on the day of surgery is designed around swelling. Waiting lets the final teeth be made to the mouth you will actually have — and lets you compare each stage of the quote with any other clinic’s, line by line. Dr Church does every surgery himself, so full-arch surgery dates are limited each month.
